Putha Hiunchuli expedition Spring- (7,246m)

A British team ascended Mount Putha 7246m for the first time and the last ascent was made on 23 May 2007 by a Swish team. The route to this beautiful mountain follows Kathmandu to Nepalganj and to Dolpa (Juphal) by flight and trek to Dunai, Tarakot, Musi Khola Kagkot- Yak Kharka, ultimately reaching Mount Putha Hiunchuli Base camp.

As it is difficult to move from the base camp to Camp-1, lying on the moraine, you should put up cairns. Normally put up Camp 1 at the starting of the glacier. From Camp-1 to Camp-2 -, It is possible to use ski, as there are not many clefts. You can set up camp on rock band as the route is clear. On summit day from 5700m, we should begin from early morning about 4 A.M. if the weather is clear enough. The route is long to climb from the camp. The Only false summit can be seen from the route. Base Camp 4800m, Camp 1-5300m, Camp 2-6700m, and conquer peak from camp 2.
